Logging Tickets/Communications

I have recently deferred a module and taken on a new module. I filled in all registration forms and emailed it immediately. I have however missed an assignment due to not being assigned to the new module. I have called the Varsity 3 times the phone either cuts or keeps ringing. I have also logged numerous tickets for over a week now and still no one has assisted me.

I do not see how I will pass the module when I have no access to it or any of the work. Wish there was a better line of communication as I feel hopeless.
