I am very dissapointed with the service I’ve Been receiving at Varsity College . I am a new student who wants to pursue the postgraduate Diploma in Data analytics and I’ve been struggling with the registration process . I have been registered but haven’t been enrolled into my modules . I have been waiting since last week to be enrolled and classes start today . I have been calling Varsity College Online and no one seems to know how they can help me . They keep on referring me to different people who don’t even respond back to my emails . I have paid the registration fee but seems like they are unable to track the R400 that they keep pestering me about . Their payment system doesn’t even provide me with a proof of payment option .

I am very annoyed and disappointed with the service I have been receiving . I completed my BSc at Varsity college previously and not once did I experience what I am experiencing now !!
