Incompetence taken to the next level

The ranking of is 1/5 VERY generous. I am in my second year as an online student. The semester has started and 3 months in, Modules are still not loaded on the portal. Almost all students have the same issue with various modules. There are tasks that are due and we dont know who our OT's are, cant access material, cant access the tasks. VC do not respond to tickets and agents on the Whatsapp tell you - they are busy sorting everything out (same story after 3 weeks). As business owner, I am appalled how how utterly *********** and badly run this (Private) institution is. I will definitely be changing institutions for my 3rd year as this is an ongoing problem. they are literally the Eskom of tertiary education.
