I just need a letter of completion

I was so excited to finally be finished with Varsity College but they continue to disappoint even when you're not longer a student there. I am trying to apply for postgraduate studies at another institution and I cannot do so because I cannot get a simple letter of completion from Varsity College. After much fighting I managed to get a transcript which I thankfully kept a copy of because it had subsequently disappeared off my portal. I do not understand how it is so difficult to just get a simple letter of completion. I now have to delay my studies because of the ongoing incompetence of Varsity College . If I could give zero stars I would. Studying with them has been the worst experience. Would not recommend them to anyone.
