Horrible tutors, customer services, systems!!

As a 3rd year student dealing with Varsity College this year has to be one of the worst experiences of my life. I work full time and opted for online for the convenience that comes with it, but I don’t think VC has provided that at all this year.

Registration started off horribly, with a new system that was not working properly and there where delays. Once the system was “kind of” back up online tutors just rushed student through courses with back to back submission and exams. When it came to finally getting results the whole system was a mess. Delays with releasing results, incorrect calculated results, “automated FAILS” , asked to log tickets to get resolution only to be told marks are as reflecting and closing tickets, no response to emails and tickets etc etc.

Online student have been neglected this whole year. We are provided Programme Support Tutor and I was assigned to Gail Archibald who has never been helpful at all. Does not respond to emails and just doesn’t care about any student. Why did they accept the job when they know they not going to support students?

My BMNG7321 and FINM6221 have been incorrectly calculated and to this day no one is willing to assist yet we expected to start 2nd semester.

Might as-well just close the whole institution, fix your system, hire people who want to work and just open when you ready to give service we pay lots of money for.
