Horrible service from the finance department!!

I’m actually at my wits end with the appalling administration at Varsity College. I’ve requested a tax invoice for my bursar and still have not received it. To top it off, I was given a proforma invoice which overstated the amount that was needed to be paid. Nobody is coming back to me with why this happened and how my bursar will be refunded. I tried to call their so called Finance department and was transferred to a dead line. It’s honestly laughable. One is hounded for months to register and pay the fees but the service you receive back is atrocious
