Horrible Online Student Support

I am currently in my fifth year at Varsity College, and this year is the utter worse. First of all, my registration only got accepted in April when I registered and started paying in February. I have been asking and requesting from the online department to help give me a schedule for my assessments, but obviously no response and I missed an assessment date. I had to contact the college on a daily bases to get my assessment marked. The lecturers say they will get back to you and assist you with your work, making a phone appointment to discuss what you did wrong, to have the lecturer not call at all for the appointment or even apologise or try rearrange for another date. A horrible experience this whole year has been.
