Horrible administration

I wish i could give them 0 stars. I often struggle with administrative issues at this institution but this incident takes the cake! I have been trying to get assistance from the finance department to generate something as simple as a invoice for my bursary to pay out since 3 February . Now 2 months later, i still have nothing. I have been communicating with the same advisor for weeks and he finally just decided to ignore my emails. I opened another request and now, 2 weeks later i still dont have an invoice. As a result , bursary has not paid out. Please read reviews about the institution before you start studying. I genuinely wish i never came to study here.
