Finance Department - of no assistance

Hi, It has been a battle to communicate with finance, particularly with Mahlatse Mazibuko. I registered at the beginning of the year and I am sponsored so I registered and got my module paid in full. However, I logged a dispute with a module that I failed and asked for remark then to view my script. In this time while I was still waiting for this module I was advised to register again for the module as it is my last year. At this time Mahlatse emailed me and told me my account was not paid, also I was billed a R1000.00 for late registration fee, for the modules I had already paid. I made full payment for my modules, 02 Feb 2024, and was billed 12.02.2024 for late payment. I emailed my proof of payment in April 2024. I am battling to get the late registration to be removed. Which was only done now in June 2024. Then I told Mahlatse that I have still one module due that she must load as a debit order. She emailed me stating that I never asked for a debit order to be loaded on Friday then blocked my results account. How do you do that you don't ask for proof where I have requested this information she is denying that she ever called me to discuss me loading a debit order. I told her to view my additional module load is clearly stated debit order as I now missed being a sponsor for this module as I was waiting on feedback from VC learn. I told her I needed answers for a ticket I logged in December. I am so disappointed and frustrated that I was blocked when I showed all the proof. How does VC not help online students and just block them? How does this work? Meanwhile I paid my modules in full? I want help somehow please because Mahlatse Mazibuko is of no assistance. Is there someone else at VC to assist me?
