Failure to deliver an academic transcript.

<div>I have never met any institution or credit bureau that is as consistent as this private institution but once you have given them what they requested, they do not deliver the same service in return. We pay you over 50k to study per year and you are unable to deliver marks of exams that were written in such a tight deadline on time. I'm a transfer student from VCNMB to Online. I've been calling, logging tickets, sending emails, and will hopefully pop up at one of the online centers soon. Students do not care about graduation. We request academic transcripts so that we may apply for vacancies and finally get our SACE in order. We really do not ask for much. I am one of those students who had placed themselves in debt in order to pay my fees on time after I had lost my job. I've had potential vacancies rejected as I have no valid proof that I have written and passed these modules. Employees of VC had the best holidays while students were and still worry about if they had passed or if their application will be accepted as we have no valid proof to show to schools that I did the subjects and have passed them. The last thing I wanted was to come on this page and express my concerns but you are playing with people's future. At one point my portal showed that I actually failed a module, what a way to play with my mental health. I don't care about the portal. Just please. I really need an academic transcript. I am starting to believe that something really odd is taking place at VCNMB and VC Online. It really can't be that difficult to just make out a transcript as I already had calculated to see if I pass all my modules but the important thing we all need is just a academic transcript so that I may continue my job search. I will write again soon if this matter is not resolved.</div>
