Extremely poor service for online students

Going into week 3 without any communication from Varsity College. Registered and paid my full semester fee 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my registration completed letter or book list... called multiple times, sent emails and logged VC assist tickets and still no help after nearly a month.

I sent my registration form and Proof of Payment within the first few days of the registration opening date. How is it possible that I have still not been helped?!

I really hoped that this year would be better than last year, but unfortunately the same troubles and lack of communication continues.
