Extremely poor service

The communication and handling of customer queries are terrible. I phoned to confirm if I could register at the campus as an online student and nobody was able to assist. They promised to call back and never did. I finally got through to somebody that was able to help me and they said that the registration link was offline. This is personally truly terrible service. For a private college, this should not be the service level for its customers.
