DONT STUDY THROUGH VARSITY COLLEGE!DISGUSTING SERVICE

Good day

Since the day of admission I have been experiencing endless issues with Varsity College. Either their systems arent working or they are adding incorrect detail to my statements. I am just trying to register and theres already a late registration fee and its only the second day of registration. How do they just add and drop as they please. I have numerous communication evidence where they advise things are sorted out today im trying to register the late registration fee is suddenly reappearing. at this point i wish to leave VC so i can take my credits elsewhere. I am tired of fighting every month. every consultant has a different story and today i get told i must pay 9840 deposit and nowhere is this communicated and on everything when you pay over 10 months the first month is due upon registration. i just want to register and pay them but you cant because there are issues then when it hits the final date of registration suddenly its your fault at no point am i late for registration i just got the email yesterday stating they are open to register today. the online system is terrible because no one can assist you which is truly utterly ridiculous. and then every consultant is more upset than you and expects you not to be upset. if they were paying 50k and still receiving ****ty help theyd be angry too. when you are studying part time you make provision to study when you are a single parent 50k doesnt just land up in your hands you save and make provision so it is truly unfair that we are not offered the same courtesy. every payment is made on or before the pay date
