Disgustingly Appalling Attitude and Organization

My first semester began and I had no access to any of my modules. Classes had started and I could not take part in them. I logged tickets upon tickets and often went weeks without responses, if I got a response at all. Semester one results came out in July and I still do not have mine. I have been logging tickets for weeks and they either don't get responded to, get marked as resolved even though they are not resolved, or I get a response saying that it will be tended to shortly. Clearly this college is made up of a bunch of ***** and no good ******.

Semester two began and I am unaware if I have passes the first semester or not. I do not know which modules I have to write supplementary exams for, if any. The dates to write these have passed and I do not know if I was supposed to be present. I logged numerous tickets begging to know what my results are and if I need to rewrite and received absolutely no responses.

I ask for help from my PST who asks for my ticket numbers, I give them to her and get told that they will be escalated, but still I hear nothing about.

When semester two began the incorrect modules were uploaded, some modules were not even present at all. I spent the first two weeks of the semester doing nothing because I did not have access to the correct modules.

Now the college has made a big hooray about having a second platform to check our results on, whoopdeedoo, the platform is also incorrect, just like the original one. I have been logging tickets for weeks again, and I have not received any responses.

My experience at this forsaken college has been abysmal, I cannot even describe how awful this college is with their communication, organization, and treatment of the students. This includes professors, customer relations officers, and the lazy management behind them all.
