DISGUSTING SERVICE

In 2022 I was planning on continuing my degree with Varsity College Online after I completed my first year on campus in 2021.

Due to problems I couldn’t manage to complete registering and I I couldn’t secure my student loan.

I advised them that I wouldn’t be continuing.

At the end of 2021 and beginning of 2022 , varsity college was in the process of changing student numbers and student portals which meant that our old varsity college emails wouldn’t be null in void and therefore access wouldn’t be granted.

To my surprise in January this year I got access to my NEW email and found out that I was registered and charged for the ENTIRE year last year and I didn’t receive communication that I was registered nor did anyone ever contact me to find out why I haven’t attended 1 lecture , did any assignments or attended any exams. Surely this would raise some flags ??????

Now I have attempted to sort this issue out since January and NOBODY has bothered to assist with this issue. This is not the first issue with Varsity College and it’s come to the point where I don’t even want to complete my degree with them. Absolutely appalling service.
