Disgusted - Varsity college has no importance around new (returning) students education experience.

I decided to pursue furthering my tertiary education through Varsity college in July, registered and paid my deposit quickly as prompted by the SALES CONSULTANT as I quote "it's in his sales pitch" rather than guiding me through the onboarding of my education experience. Since the 27th July (registered and deposit paid) I have received NO information around my first semester and the course started on the 01st August, I am unable to plan my work and life around my studies as I'm completely in the dark, I've missed a week of orientation and now I'll miss classes this week plus I still need to go buy my text books. I am utterly disgusted in the service I have received from the Distance learning sales department and administration as it has derailed the start of my tertiary education experience.
