Disappointment in Varsity College, Private Institute..Really??

For an institute that classes themselves as private, it’s a joke!! I’m a distant/online student registered at the Sandton Campus and I can honestly say for the past 2years, now registering for my 3rd year, I’m disgusted in the service iv been getting or lack there of till today. The consultants in the call centre don’t answer their phones, then when they supposed to call you back they don’t, registration is always a mess, as I’m still battling to receive confirmation of 2023 registration. They introduce new platforms that don’t work and yet the student has to follow up on everything as no communication is shared, yet Lord help you if one payment is missed to the institute. I’m highly disappointed in this so called private institution, honestly cannot wait to finish.
