Disappointing Registration Process and Feedback Turn - Around Time

I am at awe with the 2023 registration process. Neither have I received final proper feedback, be kept up to date or actually received feedback on all my tickets logged regarding my registration AND missing modules not loaded on the portal. I am fully aware that this is a new system, and there might be an influx of registrations for new or returning students, but not receiving proper feedback or assistance for more than 3 weeks, along with un - answered tickets is disappointing and unacceptable. I really did expect more from Varsity College. This is the first time, since I started studying with VC in 2021, that this has occurred.
