Disappointing- Lack of empathy

I am so disappointed with the school right now. I work full time and don't have time to be rewriting assessments that I wrote and studied very hard for. Couldn't the school just deal with the lecturer who leaked the exam and the class that had it? I don't understand why we must all suffer. Some of us have made plans and others like myself work full-time and don't have extra leave days to take for school. The service I have received from varsity college overall this year as a part-time student is terrible. Our emails were ignored and the school doesn't care to take what we have to say into consideration. Please don't bother responding to this review as my email was ignored. We study part-time for a reason and we have schedules. I'm sure the school knows very well who was involved in this and who had the exam but they fail to do a proper investigation and deal with those people alone. Now we must all suffer. I am very disappointed and upset at how this situation was handled. This is not fair at all.
