Digital copy of my degree request

I have been trying to get a digital copy of my degree. I previously logged ticket and review on this platform a representative did contact me and I was promised with my letter of completion and academic transcript I would get a digital copy uploaded onto my student portal.

This is for visa purposes I need this digital copy URGENTLY!!!
