Diabolical Administration

I have given 3 stars because unfortunately I cannot give 1 star to admin and 5 stars to the tutors. I am so tired of trying to sort out my registration. I am tired of saying "Hi" on a whatsapp group that NEVER gets rep**** to. I am tired of trying to fix the modules which has finally been sorted BUT I still cannot complete my registration as I am required to pay a further R1100 after paying R4440 and R550 for 8 modules. One error in the allocation of my modules was I ended up doing Psych2b in Semester 3 AND 4 so effectively 9 modules. This has been cleared BUT apparently I should still pay for this total mess not created by me. ST***5 is seriously considering requesting a refund and moving to a better administered college. If only the administration matched the tutor quality this would be a 5* institution. Yes it is expensive to study at VC and one wonders if the huge increase in module fees is warranted given the dismal administration and difficulties ALL the online students are going through? I have NO doubt the new Semester will NOT start on time and will then hold VC accountable.
