Customer care

Their customer service is terrible. I have had multiple phone calls with them explaining that I will not be returning and to remove my personal number and email from their broadcast list and yet I get BOMBARDED with texts and emails daily. Even when I was a student with them, in order to get simple help you have to go to the extremes to get someone to listen and when you try phone for assistance you’re left on hold for over 15 minutes. They truly don’t know how to help their own students out with us having to fight incredibly hard. My classmates all had the exact same issue. Incredibly unreliable and poor service
