Current unhappy Varsity College Student - VC takes forever to give results to students

Facts: They take longer than one month to provide results to students after they completed exams. I took leave from work, re-arranged everything, missed internal deadlines on my end jus to be able to get the first available sit-down exam. The new semester starts on 25 July and communication has gone out. It is the 19th of July and not a single online / distance student even knows whether or not they have passed the previous semester's exams. Might I add that after numerous calls and emails they literally just pass the query around and provide false deadlines. One should carefully consider whether you want to pay this much more for an education when you don't even have access to your results. Also had to pay for the new semester already too, but no feedback on previous semester exams. First exam was done on the 15th of June already. It is unfair towards the students to have to pay more and more each semester and the service, student portal and feedback on assessments just deteriorate. Signed up originally as a part time student, moved to online with no hassles when they asked me to as well. Now I have to wait and miss my company's deadline to assist me to pay this ridiculous amount to VC. Not a happy student at all. The back end of VC needs urgent attention and upgrade.
