Blocked out my account

I am so disappointed in the lack of correspondence. I was locked out my VC account and cannot access anything to submit assignments on time. I have paid a lot of money for this year and feel like no one is able to help me solve a little IT problem which has huge implications. No numbers to phone.no one gets back to me. I am very stressed and worried.
