Awful Student Service

I've been with varsity College online since 2019 and had no complaints for the first 2 years but since 2021 I don't know what happened but the services provided to students has worsened, a recent example I logged the ticket two weeks ago and I am still waiting for the Ticket to be resolved, I've had responses but only 3/4 days after ,to which the last response was that the ticket has been resolved, yet after checking, still unresolved. I reopen the ticket as it is quite of importance, As it is regarding some of my modules that were removed and on these modules was marks that I submitted from previous assessments as well as one of my current modules for the Semester, as this module was removed I couldn't submit a recent assessment and had to apply for a concession, to which they informed me that only have two available for the year, which is quite ridiculous considering that this is not my fault that the Modules has been removed.

In my honest opinion with regards to Varsity College online, some serious consideration should be taken with regards to services being delivered to students, as the services are currently horrible and the way it's going, I don't believe I would recommend varsity College online to my friends. I work full-time and study, services provided to students such as myself should not be at this standard, as we have a life that we have to manage as well outside of our studies.
