AVOID VARSITY COLLEGE AT ALL COSTS

If you are considering studying through Varsity College, I applaud you to think again. They are the most disgraceful organisation that I have ever had the displeasure of engaging with.

I paid and registered for second semester in July. When registering, there was a module I had previously passed that Varsity College insisted I repeat, it took weeks for them to amend my marks internally which makes me wonder how much attention is being paid when marking submissions, and how accurate my other marks are.

It is now the middle of August, online classes have begun, my classmates have access to assignments, learning materials and Ice Tasks and I still do not have one single module loaded on to VC Learn. I have tried calling, but there is always a delay in answering and eventually no one does. I have logged multiple tickets and sent many emails following up, and each time I am met with the same nonchalant attitude from Varsity College employees who cannot provide me with any form of feedback.

It is amazing how misleading Varsity College is when it comes to customer service and student support, as this organisation evidently has none. Unfortunately, this establishment is a complete and utter disaster and I have been left with no choice other than to enquire with another organisation so that I can complete my studies.
