APPALLING SERVICE FROM VC ONLINE!!! I AM SO FRUSTRATED!!!

If I could give these people a zero rating I literally would. Their service is APPALLING! For the money they charge for their studies, you'd think they'd give a service worthy of the price. I app**** to study with them online and I've been doing everything well in advance. Their online registration portal didn't work, I had to complete a manual contract which I sent on the 8th of Feb and till today I haven't gotten confirmation of registration.

Their Whatsapp helpline is full of clueless people, I never get a straight answer from them when I ask questions there. Worse still, my appointed consultant doesn't respond to my emails. I was supposed to start my classes on the 2nd. I can't even get into my profile now to check if there's any communication. I am thoroughly FRUSTRATED with these people! Seriously! Their communication is TERRIBLE and their systems are even WORSE!!!
