Admissions and deregistration of modules

Varsity college really is great - The trouble is the admissions and registrations. I have been trying to deregister for two modules since early march when my online registration application froze and I was registered for all modules. This resulted in incorrect debit order amounts being generated. I have sent this through to the student advisor and varsityassist, the ticket was closed without final resolve and still no response. Can someone get back to me for the first debit order goes off.
