administration is very poor

I am not even a student yet, and the administration and communication seems to be of extreme poor quality. I completed the first part of mt registration more than two weeks ago (classes are supposed to start August 2nd) the email states that a staff member will be in touch to discuss the next step... well here we are, still waiting. I have contacted a representative regarding this and I just don't receive any feedback. I have mentioned to her that the number provided does not work and I have received no alternative contact details. There seems to be confusion within the staff with regards to what the hell is going on. If it is this difficult to just register / speak to someone, I don't even want to know how these poor students are treated.
