2023 Registration

I have spent the last week trying to register with no success. I have sent tickets to VC assist to have them closed and me referred to the WhatsApp registration line which has to be the worst WhatsApp service I've had to use. I send Hi and agents take over an hour to answer, and I'm doing this while working a full-time job so when I take 20mimutes to answer after a meeting, they just close the ticket with little clarity. The online registration portal has no modules loaded and I keep getting told it's an issue that the payment terms aren't available. But if there's no module selected and no bill of costs available on the registration portal, how will the software be able to provide credit terms? There's no way to return calls to VC assist that doesn't involve waiting in a queue for almost an hour and the VC assist tickets get closed!

Varsity College was great up until 2 years ago and administration and service has seemed dive since then.
