Poor quality from Vaporesso

I bought an XROS 3 a few months ago and it just stopped working. I tried contacting Vapresso with no response. I was lead to believe that Vaporesso was one of the leading brands one was able to purchase. First the auto draw stopped working and then it stopped working completely. I thought it had something to do with the pod, but i replaced that as well. It was really disappointing from a so-called leading brand.
