Subject: Vaporesso Armour Max - 3 FAULTY UNITS! A Leaky, Expensive Joke.
DO NOT BUY. A Masterclass in Product Failure. I am writing this review to warn every single South African vaper to stay far away from the Vaporesso Armour Max. This device has been nothing but a source of frustration and wasted money. The Core Problem: The device has a catastrophic design flaw that causes it to leak e-liquid profusely. This isn't a small issue; it's a fundamental failure. Juice pours out of the airflow, floods the coil, and gets all over your hands and into the device itself. It's messy, wasteful, and completely unacceptable. My History of Failure (The Timeline of Disappointment): Unit 1: Purchased 8 months ago. Started leaking severely after a few months of use. Return 1: I contacted the retailer, went through the warranty process, and received a replacement. This was an inconvenience, but I hoped it was a once-off. Unit 2 (The Replacement): The brand new replacement unit developed the exact same leak within an even shorter period. It was clear this was not a faulty unit, but a faulty product. Return 2: I was forced to go through the entire return process again. More time wasted, more frustration. Unit 3 (The Second Replacement): You guessed it. This one has also started leaking in the same way. Three identical devices, all with the same critical flaw. In 8 months, I have not owned a single functioning device for long. I have spent more time and effort on returns than actually using the product I paid for. The Bottom Line: The Vaporesso Armour Max is a fundamentally broken product. The quality control is non-existent. I have given this company three chances to provide me with a working device, and they have failed every single time. I am now left with a R1,500+ piece of junk and no faith in the Vaporesso brand. Warning to Buyers: Save your money. Save your sanity. Look at any other brand. This one is a lemon.
