Vantage stole money through an unauthosied debit order on my closed account.

After settling debts and confirming that my account was closed and move to clearance (still awaiting my clearance certificate), Vantage ran an unauthorised debit order on my account, *****ing money from me. When I queried and asked for an immediate refund, I was told that due to their policies and processes, I have to wait - processes that clearly don't work since they took my money without permission. Zero urgency. Zero follow up communication unless I called them myself. Very disappointing. I guess if it's not their own money, they don't care.
