Vantage debt management.

A year ago I was misled by a consultant at this establishment. I was led to believe that I'm taking out a consolidation loan, when in actual fact I was being placed under debt review. On me realising the truth I cancelled everything with this company. Now a year later they refusing to give me a clearance certificate and I've sent countless emails and tried calling to no avail. I WOULD NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU MIGHT BE AS THEY DO NOT TELL TRUTH, BUT RATHER LIES IN ORDER TO GET THE DEAL DONE. IT'S NOW A YEAR LATER AND STILL NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM WHILE MY ACCOUNTS ARE ALL GOING INTO ARREARS.

Hi Natasha, thank you for your review. The allegations in this review are quite serious and very unlikely to occur to a consumer with our strict processes. If you have actual proof of this occurring, we urge you to please provide our company with proof so we can further investigate. All documents that our clients complete, clearly mark which solution and process they are applying for. Prior to making any application, a full breakdown of the assessment is sent to the consumer to review so it is impossible that you completed documents for debt counseling without being aware of it as the assessment results would be sent to you and the application form would clearly indicate what you are applying for. Please also note that we cannot issue a Clearance Certifcate without all your accounts being paid up. If you have canceled our services, we would not contact you, if you need our assistance you may contact our company. We are extremely responsive so it is difficult to believe that no one has responded to any of your emails. If your accounts are going into arrears, this is because you are not making payments to your credit providers. We are unable to assist you with making payments to your credit providers if you cancel our services. We also cannot issue a Clearance Certifcate to you with your accounts not being fully paid up. Please email us if you need further assistance.
