vantage debt management

I would never advise anyone to apply or work with this institution. I canceled my application and I do understand there is a process, but there's been no contact ever since except for me getting told that they will send a document for me to use saying it has been canceled which to date has never been sent as per the contact persons response. they were on point when needing my application but for cancelation no correspondence at all. they have an I don't care attitude about cancelations and don't explain the full process, but think that all understand it. they never follow instruction hence me canceling and now it. seems. a. mamoth task just to get one document stating cancelation out of them
