Unresponsive, Avoid
Dealing with Vintage Debt Management has been an extremely frustrating experience. They take days to respond to any queries (if they respond at all), and the entire process has been disorganized and stressful from the start. I’ve been left feeling ignored and completely unsupported.
The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially for a company handling something as sensitive as debt. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I’m giving them one star because there’s no option to give zero. Don’t waste your time they’re not worth taking seriously.
