Unauthorized Debt Review Listing – Immediate Clarification Required

I’m writing to express my serious concern and request urgent clarification regarding my current debt review status.

As I communicated to both of you, I decided not to proceed with the debt review after being informed that Standard Bank Vehicle Finance had refused to participate. Following that, I made a R20,000 lump sum payment to stop legal action, facilitated by Z Z Ngogodo Inc *** | ***).

Now, I am in the process of securing employment at a financial institution, and I’ve just been informed that I am still listed under debt review—by Vantage Debt Management.@Aphiwe – I clearly stated that my primary reason for seeking assistance was related to the vehicle finance issue. I also mentioned that I would manage my short-term loans on my own, especially as I begin receiving work contracts. @Chanice Carlse – I reiterated this to you during our calls the following week. In fact, I remember you called me three times, and during each call, I emphasized that I did not wish to continue with your services and that you should close my file. Given all of this, I now need to know:

Why and how was Ayesh Gabie (NCRDC2599) authorized to place me under debt review? Who initiated this process despite my clear instruction not to proceed? This listing is jeopardizing a critical job opportunity, and I need this matter addressed immediately. I look forward to your prompt response.
