UNAUTHORISED CREDIT CHECK

My communication was clear on WHATSAPP that i do not want a credit check done on my credit profile which will negatively influence my score.

Without my consent VANTAGE DEBT MANAGEMENT did a credit check now all credit providers think I am under debt review.

Never informed me that they will do a credit check.I am furious
