**More Troublesome Than Rodents!** Vantage Debt - More Troublesome Than Rodents!

If giving zero stars were possible, I certainly would. Vantage Debt is a complete disaster!

This company is more troublesome than rodents, inundating me with a barrage of calls/sms's from various numbers in an unyielding effort to force debt review upon me. It's evident they are preying on illiterate and semi-literate people, exploiting vulnerable South Africans in the most appalling way.

Despite my numerous requests, pleading with them to cease calling/texting me, they continue. Sometimes, they ring up to ten times a day! Their call centre staff are extremely rude, frequently swearing at clients and exhibiting a total lack of professionalism and common decency.

The FSCA (Financial Sector Conduct Authority) and the NCR (National Credit Regulator) need to intervene and shut down these rogues immediately. Vantage Debt's disgraceful business practices are a stain on society, and they must be stopped. Steer clear of this company by all means necessary!
