This company has 0 customer service. I was called last week and was told that everything will be taken care of until I accepted the debi check mandate. I had to be the one asking for updates from Aphiwe on a daily basis. Only God knows what will happen tomorrow when I get paid. Are they gonna debit together with the other debit orders that were supposed to go off or what, I have no idea. I asked for simple updates via WhatsApp and email. I am yet to receive an updated email from Aphiwe. I need to send him +-5 texts before he responds but today it's just worse. I am yet to receive a Manager call. I have a lot of unanswered questions which is making me regret choosing Vantage. I'm extremely disappointed. I will definitely consider cancelling or switching to another company.
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are concerned about your recent experience with us and the lack of customer service you received. This is not how we want to assist our clients, especially on an important financial journey.
As you know, your concerns were escalated to the Team Leader. Together with our Support Teams, they advised which creditors had confirmed debit order cancellations and which had not. You had agreed to evaluate any concerns after your salary date, so we could understand if any refund requests might arise. However, despite written correspondence on record, the creditor still debited your account. According to the debt counseling process and written communication, this was unexpected and beyond our control. Our Client Services Team has requested a refund from the creditor. The Team Leader who assisted you will provide further updates.
If you are satisfied with the outcome, we kindly request that you consider updating your review due to the circumstances beyond our control.
Sincerely,TyroneVantage Debt Management
