Thank you Keenan Williams. I appreciate the updates and amazing service you have provided me. It was quite a lengthy process; however, I have just received my pending refund. It's unfortunate that I will not be able to remove my previous rating as Aphiwe can use it as a learning. I believe that he can do better. Thank you once again Keenan!
