Terrible service

I have been having a dispute since the 29th of Feb 2024, I have sent 7 emails, I have called nearly every day since then, only to be cut off every time. What do I do to get the issue sorted. The email they send me to sort out my issue is the one that no one replies to. This is ridiculous now. No one replies to anything, not 1 email.
