Firstly I got ENTIRELY misinformed

I agreed to a term of 24 months for paying, after I agreed and went through the process, I noticed my contract has no term. I raised this but I got reassured it’s a 24 month basis.

Once the money got paid, I confirmed again and THEN I get told my last payment will be in 2029!!!!

I was super disgusted and furious by this and I requested to terminate their services I got reassured telephonically and via email after a long fight that it has been done

Guess what Money left my account, I can’t reverse it and I am getting no response This place is a ****, the people who work there are pathetic to even be willing to work for a ****my place like this. Disgusting
