So sad and not happy with the service

It all started well they assisted me paying all my accounts but now I'm they have let me down throughout the last minute when I asked for a clearance letter was told I'm still owing my one account while I have sent them all proof of payment I keep sending emails but no one will respond or give you a call I have to call them each an every week getting same story that we will give you a call need to check your account with management I'm so sad shem
