**** service!
What poor service received. In the beginning when I started with Vantage Debt Management the communication was swift and I received immediate answers, they were also very quick to set up a debit order to take my money, however I have sent an email months ago for termination/cancellation of my debt review and I am struggling to get a response. My credit providers are well aware of the termination as I have already made my own payment arrangements with them, however I am not receiving the communication I should from Vantage. As stated by the NCR they were suppose to send me a rejection letter but when I followed up they were telling me how I am emailing the wrong email address. While this was always the email I was using. You are so quick to sign people up but nowhere when we need assistance with cancellation. This is bull**** service and I hope no one makes use of this service as its just a joke! You need to start pulling yourself together and deliver the service the clients deserve. I am deeply disappointed in your ****ty service. I have once again sent a follow up email I wonder how long will it take you to get back to me now again. **** service, would not recommend this to anyone!
