Remove my name under debt review

In 2021 August i got into debt review without understanding it.the person who was helping me did not explain it better for me to understand what i am getting myself into. I wanted to just consolidate all my debt and pay them.so I came across vantage debt management. They called and asked information I gave them and they told me I’m going to pay R2000 every month for all my debt for 2 years.paid for 3 months and I requested for statements only to find out that for 3 months my money was not going to my accounts .i was so ****ed to see that because that’s not we agree on.and also statement(hyphen statement)was showing that from R2000 I was paying, they were going to pay my account less money it was not even more than R1000. I called to cancel and I was told the account is not under them anymore but my they managed to cancel.now I am paying my accounts on my owe and my accounts are not even over R35k.I just want my name to be removed under debt review
