Refund Issue

I went under debt management thinking that things will work out smoothly for me. Wow, what a dream.

Vantage debt made sure they deducted their money from my account but so did my creditors as well. That left me with little to money left in my account and things had to get paid. When I escalated the matter as Lukhanyo couldn't do anything, his Team Leader Keenan then made sure that I get an "internal" refund of R1800. Bearing in mind that the money my creditors deducted was way more.

Up until today I am still waiting for my refund. I sent emails to Lukhanyo and Keenan however, received the same generic response that any calls centre agent would give "it's the creditors fault and we waiting on the money from them" This should not have happened in the first place. It's almost Christmas and I am stressed out beyond.
