******* practices on debt

i got notices on my credit profile that vantage debt management made enquiries on my profile, this was done twice within 2 days, and i did not make any enquiry with them, furthermore they have *******ly put me under debt review which i was not even aware of, i called their offices today 19/7/2024 and in this call i requested for records and emails of communication of when i made enquiry as they say i mailed them. i was then told i;ll get the said info within 10 minutes, this was at 10am, untill now its 14h14 i havenrt received anything, which then is more proof that they *******ly listed me under their debt review. i also asked for the consultant's name she put the phone down in my ear.
