POOR SERVICE

When you send your details through clearscore they contact you on the same day, I followed their process, provided all the details needed, they sent me confirmation to say that all my debit orders have been cancelled and all I would need to do is accept their debit order and of course pay day came, none of the debit orders cancelled just a new one added on, I have sent them 5 emails regarding this and not one of my emails were rep**** to, I have come to hello Peter because it looks like they worry about their reviews so I hope this gets them to contact me as 5 emails and trying to contact them by WhatsApp does not work
