Poor service and ****s

So 3 months going to my 4th deduction this month, i was told i would get a referral payment of R500 since i then referred a friend to also use their services. At first the consultant promised i would get it as soon as the payment reflects on their side from the referred person, i repeat its been 3 months already since it has reflected, then second story all payments to us are being processed i should receive the money anytime, a month went past with nothing, last draw was when a particular person responsible for releasing payments i was told was on leave and that God didnt that leave take more than 2 weeks, I have been waiting since and i have been given different stories every month. I resorted to sending an email to queries because the one that was give to me by the consultant was non existent. Hayi ke forget it if you think you will ever get any help telephonically, they would say they transferring you to the right dept then drop your call. Keenan that i have never met apparently is the one to be assisting me in this situation, i am even thinking of cancelling this debt review go to a reliable, honest one.
